# About Fivefoot Studio

[Fivefoot Studio](/) builds websites for Singapore small businesses: barbers and salons, aircon and trade companies, car workshops, pet groomers and tuition centres.

## Why the mockup comes first

Most small businesses do not avoid websites because of the price. They avoid them because they cannot picture what they would get. So we build your homepage first, from your own services, area and real Google reviews, and send it to you free. You decide with it in front of you.

## The name

The five-foot way is the covered walkway in front of a shophouse: the bit of your business people walk past. A website is the same thing for people searching on a phone.

## What we will not do

- Guarantee a Google ranking. Google states there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking (Google).
- Invent reviews. Your site quotes your real Google reviews, word for word, or none.
- Claim PSG. We are not a pre-approved Productivity Solutions Grant vendor.
