# Privacy Notice

This notice explains how [Fivefoot Studio](/) handles personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated 2026-10-14. 

## What we collect

When you send a request: your name, mobile number, email if given, your business name or website, type of business, and anything you tell us about what you need. When you use the site: anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, country) without cookies that identify you. 

## Why we collect it

To build and send your homepage mockup, to contact you about it, and to improve the site. We do not sell your details. 

## Who we share it with

Fivefoot Studio, and the service providers that host the site and store requests on our behalf. 

## How long we keep it

Request details are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. 

## Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent, by sending a request through the contact page with the subject "privacy".
